We are looking for dynamic and passionate Operations Executive (Central Kitchen) to be part of the Operations team! You will be responsible for the end-to-end kitchen operations; spearheading production quality and effective resource management.

• Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
• Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.
• Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.
• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
• Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules.
• GCE ‘O’ Level
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Resourceful and innovative
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for details
