JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible to manage and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and to provide support to senior management by handling communication, scheduling, and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Perform full spectrum of administrative tasks to the Director.
- Overseeing day-to-day office admin operations including handling emails, incoming phone calls, and inquiries.
- Maintaining the documentation accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain a detailed tracking and filing system for all documents.
- Submit applications for new services / renewal.
- Create, match and follow up on Purchase Requisition and POs.
- Coordinating and managing projects as assigned by Management.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Director.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 years experience in an administrative role will be added advantage.
- Proficient in using basic MS Office (eg. MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player.
- Willing to work in the West.
