We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Manger to join our Group HR Team!
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
- Align HR strategies, policies, system and work processes to the organization’s business goals.
- Function as an effective business partner to various business units.
- Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources.
- Develop sourcing and staffing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
- Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
- At least 8 years of related working experience, of which 3 – 5 years in managerial capacity.
- Dynamic individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to motivate, influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Assertive and proactive with good problem-solving ability.
